• If you receive a booking confirmation with a QR code, you can scan the code and show your valid ID or passport for admission
• If you only receive a booking confirmation without a QR code, please go to the City of Dreams ticketing counter to collect the physical ticket and show your valid ID or passport for admission
• Friendly reminder: Please bring your passport with you, as the authorities reserve the right to verify your identity.

- Important Information -

• Because the show involves fireworks, children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter; children under 6 years old are not recommended to enter to watch the show.
• Only legitimate holders of valid tickets will be allowed entry to the relevant venue/event. One vote per person, regardless of age. Children two years old and under are exempt from the ticket requirement for admission without occupying a seat upon showing valid identification. Each adult can only accompany one free child.
• Guests are solely responsible for transportation to and from the venue. No refund or exchange will be granted in the event of changes, delays, suspension, postponement or cancellation of sea, land or air transportation.
• To avoid any delays, we recommend arriving at the venue to collect your tickets at least 1 hour before the show.
